The Client:

The Groove is an Atlanta, GA based party featuring an all R&B soundtrack. In a very short time The Groove has grown into a must attend event for R&B Music lovers across the country. Each month WERC CREW and industry veteran Wally Sparks partner together to create an atmosphere where party goers are captivated by their favorite R&B jams. Their resident DJs spans multiple eras of R&B. From the 70’s to now! Everything from Isley Brothers and Chaka Khan to Frank Ocean and Beyonce gets equal opportunity to shine. The Groove is a place where dancing and singing together is celebrated and encouraged.

The Objective:

The Groove Atlanta wanted to attract and secure more brand sponsorships. Collectively, we were concerned that The Groove as a brand wasn’t fully capitalizing on the social currency the platform has in the marketplace. After assessing the available assets (images, text, video, audio), we proposed updating their existing brand partner deck with insights and information that transfers the natural vibe and aesthetic of the audience attending.
